Season Tickets are available at the Ballet Idaho office from 9-5, Monday-Friday, 501 S 8th Street, by calling 343-0556 or visiting www.balletidaho.org.
Single tickets are available at any Select-A-Seat ticket outlet, by calling 426-1110 or visiting www.idahotickets.com. Check www.balletidaho.org/tickets/single-tickets.php for on-sale dates for each performance.
3. How do I get to the Morrison Center for the Performing Arts and where do I park?
New Parking Options for the Boise State University Campus
Driving Directions to the Morrison Center:
From Capital Boulevard
Take University Drive east towards Broadway Avenue. Turn left before or after the parking structure adjacent to University Drive. The Morrison Center is located between the parking structure and the Boise river.
From Broadway Avenue
Take University Drive west towards Capital Boulevard. Turn right at Lincoln Avenue (this stays University Drive). Proceed through two stop lights and turn right immediately before or after the parking structure. The Morrison Center is located between the parking structure and the Boise river. The Nutcracker and Cinderella will be held in the Morrison Center for the Performing Arts, located on the Boise State University campus, 1910 University Dr. #1320. When parking, the suggested arrival time is one hour prior to curtain to avoid a late arrival to the performance.
Note: The Nutcracker and Cinderealla will be held in the Morrison Center, located on the Boise State University campus at 1800 University Dr.
4. How do I get to the Special Events Center and Where do I Park?
Driving Directions to the Special Events Center:
From Capital Boulevard
Take University Drive east towards Broadway Avenue. Proceed through 2 stop lights and the Special Events Center is located on the left (north) side right before University drive curves to the right and is between the Liberal Arts parking lot and the Student Union Building.
From Broadway Avenue
Take University Drive west towards Capital Boulevard. Turn right at stop light, which is the corner of Lincoln Avenue. The Special Events Center is located on the right (north) side immediately following the curve in University Drive. When parking, the suggested arrival time is one hour prior to curtain to avoid a late arrival to the performance.
Parking Options for the Special Events Center **
- Liberal Arts Parking Lot: Entrance is off of University Drive and is directly adjacent to the Special Events Center.
- Library Parking Lot: Entrance is off of University Drive. Proceed past the Liberal Arts Parking Lot and the Library lot is directly behind the Hemingway Center.
- Administration Parking Lot: Entrance is off of University Drive and patrons can walk down the sidewalk east to the Special Events Center.
- The Lincoln Parking structure is available for patrons if the above three lots are full, which is located on the corner of Lincoln Avenue and University Dr.

Note: Mix it Up and Fiery & Magical will be held in the Special Events Center, located on the Boise State University campus at 1800 University Dr.
Latecomers will be seated at the at the discretion of house management, but may be required to wait in the lobby until a pause in the performance or until Intermission. All patrons (all ages) attending Ballet Idaho’s performances require a ticket. Lap seating is not permitted

Ballet Attire
The Ballet is an opportunity to experience the excellence of dance and music. We want you to be comforable – Ballet Idaho does not have a dress code.
What is considered Proper Theater Etiquette?
- Please remember to turn off cellular phones, paging devices and digital watches before taking your seat. Photography or videotaping of any kind is strictly forbidden.
- Light snacks and beverages are avaliable for purchase in the theater lobbies before the performance and during intermission.
6. Does Ballet Idaho offer group discounts?
Yes! Bring your friends, co-workers or church social groups to the ballet and get a discount on tickets for groups of 10 or more. Please contact Kim Kaine at 343-0556 ext. 22 for details.
7. Where’s a good place to eat before going to the Ballet?
These delightful restaurants offer exceptional dinner cuisine and are season partners of Ballet Idaho. For more information about restaurants in the downtown Boise area click here.
8. What is the appropriate age to bring my children?
Ballet Idaho welcomes children and families to our performances. Many children remain quiet, attentive and seated for a performance, but you know your children best. Please be considerate of the other audience members and performers; please call Ballet Idaho for suggestions about appropriate producations for children.
The Nutcracker and Cinderella are highly recommended for children of all ages.
Everyone who enters the theater must have a ticket; lap sitting in not permitted.
9. What are pre-performance, intermission and post-performance activities?
Overture: Ballet Notes with Peter Anastos
Join Artistic Director, Peter Anastos, for a pre-performance forum with discussion and Q & A about the ballet you are about to see. Enhance your experience and learn about the history, choreography, music and much more of various ballet selections.
Times and locations are specific to each production.

Intermezzo
Annual Silver donors join Ballet Idaho board and staff for an after performance gathering in the Morrison Center Founders Room.
Admission with Silver Circle membership
Curtain Club
Annual donors with a minimum of a Curtain Club membership join Ballet Idaho patrons, friends, staff and Ballet Idaho company members for a post-show soiree.
Admission with a mimimum Curtain Club membership.
