Ballet Idaho Youth Ensemble

Ballet Idaho Youth Ensemble is a pre-professional component of Ballet Idaho’s educational outreach program. It provides education in stage craft, stage etiquette, choreography, teamwork and performance. The Youth Ensemble will perform at local school assemblies and various community events.

Acceptance is by audition only and is open to enrolled Ballet Idaho Academy Curriculum students in Level 2A and above. Regular rehearsals are twice weekly and are separate from academy classes. Casting decisions will be made so that school absences are minimized for each member. Ensemble members must sign a contract and attend all rehearsals. There is no fee for participation in the Ballet Idaho Youth Ensemble for 2011-2012. Rehearsals will begin October, 2011.
